Fettchi – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fettchi! We’re so glad you’re here.
Before shopping with us, here are the essentials you need to know about our terms. By placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to the following:

1. Ordering

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If there’s ever an issue with stock or shipping, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please double-check your shipping address and details — we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

2. Shipping

We ship from Melbourne, Australia, and aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of our delivery partners — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fettchi. If something’s not quite right, you can return full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • You’ll need to cover return shipping costs
  • Email us at info@fettchi.com.au to initiate a return

Please note: we don’t offer refunds on sale items or if you’ve simply changed your mind.

4. Product Care

Our products are made with everyday adventures in mind — but we still recommend treating them with love. For best results, check the care instructions on your product page or email us if you’re unsure.

5. Liability

We do our absolute best to make sure our product descriptions, photos, and sizing are accurate — but we can’t guarantee that your screen shows every colour exactly as it appears in person.

Fettchi is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of using our products improperly.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us (like your name, email, or shipping address) will be kept safe and used only for order processing or customer support.

We’ll never share your details with third parties unless required by law.
