Fettchi – Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we’ll make it better.


Change of Mind

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll need to cover the return postage
  • Please email us at info@fettchi.com.au to start the return process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
We don’t offer exchanges at this time — feel free to re-order your fave if it's still in stock!

Note: We don’t offer returns or refunds for:

  • Sale items
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Items that appear worn or damaged

Faulty or Damaged Items

Oh no — if something’s arrived damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.

Please email us at info@fettchi.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description of what went wrong

We’ll assess the issue and let you know the next steps (whether that's a replacement, refund, or store credit).


How to Return

Once your return is approved:

  • Repackage your item carefully
  • Post it back using a trackable method
  • Email us the tracking info so we can keep an eye on it, too!

Return address will be provided in your approval email.
