What is the Fettchi bottle made from?

Fettchi bottles are made from high quality food grade stainless steel (304) with BPA free components.The water bottle is also lead free, giving you peace of mind that your bottle is safe for everyday use.

Double walled and poder coated to keep your water cold all day, and give you a sleek finish.

Is the Fettchi bottle dishwasher safe?

No, we recommend hand washing your Fettchi bottle to maintain the quality of the bottle and its finish.

Wash your bottle with warm soapy water and a bottle brush to clean inside the bottle thoroughly. Rinse well and allow it to air dry before placing the lid back on.

Is the Fettchi bottle leakproof?

Yes. Fettchi bottles are designed with secure seals to help prevent leaks so you can confidently carry them in your gym bag, handbag or car.

Can i put electrolytes in my Fettchi bottle?

Yes we love our salty electrolytes! We do however recommend to wash the bottle out daily if you do so, this keeps your bottle fresh and free from residues.

Can I put hot drinks in my Fettchi bottle?

Fettchi bottles are primarily designed for cold drinks and hydration on the go. If using warm liquids, please take care as stainless steel can retain heat.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

What is your refund or return policy?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily assist with a replacement or refund.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used bottles, so please ensure items remain unused and in their original packaging if you wish to request a return.
